CANCELLATIONS

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. MUST NOTIFY CLINIC WITHIN 24 HOURS LEADING UP TO APPOINTMENT. $25 LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED ANY SERVICE BOOKED OVER $150 AND UP WILL HAVE A $50 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIED.

REFUNDS

ANY DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS GIVEN TO THE CLINIC OR AUTHORIZED PERSONS WILL GO TOWARDS THE TREATMENT OR SERVICES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED ONCE CLIENT HAS MADE A PAYMENT VIA (CASH,CREDIT, DEBIT, E-TRANSFER). UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES THE CLINIC MAY PROVIDE CREDIT FOR ANOTHER SERVICES ONLY IF THE CLINIC SEES FIT TO DO SO. SERVICES PAID, PREPAID FOR OR PACKAGES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE & NON - REFUNDABLE TO ANYONE ELSE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS POLICY IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE FAIRNESS AND CONSISTENCY FOR ALL OUR CLIENTS.
